This Skills Bootcamp enables you/your staff to show the competency skills and appropriate knowledge to carry out the role.
Learners will focus on upskilling construction staff to develop and demonstrate competence in Building & Construction, to Develop the fundamental technical skills and underpinning knowledge and understanding to be a competent Bricklayer, develop appropriate professional attitudes and behaviours that will support personal success in their role and the long term success of their organisation.
Delivered over a maximum of 16 weeks, these sessions are delivered flexibly to meet the needs of your business or you personally.

Learners will focus focuses on providing crucial knowledge and practical transferable skills for candidates who specialise in wood-based occupations in the Construction industry. How to confirm to General Health & Safety will be covered along with more specialist pathways dependent on the learner/employers requirements.
